Design, implement and oversee the Server License Management process at the ECB; Responsible for server license documentation, data acceptance, compliance analysis and overall licensing auditing; Liaise with multiple teams regarding the Server License Management process to ensure that stakeholder process responsibilities are fully understood and that resources are committed and maintained throughout the whole service lifecycle.

Deliver IT Software Asset Management (SAM) services to ITAMS international customers such as: DNB, Menzies, RBS, Vocalink, Rockwell or Virgin Atlantic; Compile risk analysis, exceptions and/or optimization reports for customers based on the license position data provided for a large variety of software publishers such as: Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, Symantec, Adobe, HP, Interlink, ACI, FIS.

Single point of contact for all of Roche Diagnostics customers based in the Moldova market segment; Key Account Manager for the top five Romanian largest private healthcare clinics. Register service orders and reports, handle complaints and product discounts, and prepare monthly reports for all of Roche’s transactions;

Single point of contact for the top 10 Australian Banking Trusts such as: National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and Westpac; Define and configure customer’s data and business models using dedicated company software;

Key Account Manager for Oracle’s key clients such as Heineken, Total, BNP Paribas, ABB, Telefonica, Menzies and British American Tobacco; Provide customer reconciliation service recording, documenting and analysing the gathered data; Act as an expert in Oracle's business practices, contracts, licensing rules, methods and metrics;
