Management of production team ( 4 White collar+95operator+6 team leader injection expert+5 shift responsible) - Provides planning and realization of production programs in accordance with customer requests. - Prepares the work schedule in accordance with the production schedule -Manage unplanned and critical situations (lack of materials, changes in customer requests, etc.) - Participates in new product startup. - Prepares the production unit budget.

To be responsible for the technical and administrative operations of the lines of Plastic thermoforming, CNC and robot cutting, plastic injection, plastic extrusion machine Management of production team(3 engineer+90 operator+1 production expert+3 shift responsible) -Leading process improvement actions.( scrap, cycle time improvement etc..) -To ensure coordination with other support department. -Analysis of daily OEE and scrap result. -Prepare new tool and machine specification.
