- Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives. - Building applicant sources by researching and contacting student organizations, colleges & universities and employment agencies. - Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, attending job fairs and managing creative marketing efforts within specified regions. - Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing assessment results and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

- Acquiring new customers through sales activities and networking events, managing long-term relationships and consulting in recruitment needs. - Responsible for creating awareness for job postings via various (online) channels, in order to create candidate pipeline. - Recruiting candidates and maintaining relationships with them, as well as advising & guiding them through the hiring process. - Responsible for contract administration regarding customers and candidates, compliant to legal requirements.

- Performing sales activities (coldcalling, mailings) in order to find suitable commercial partners per theme annex and managing relationships. - Approaching editorial sources and having them interviewed for different articles. - Networking and maintaining customer contacts in a broad range. - Responsible for the content, lay-out and design of (final) media product, in cooperation with designers.

Netofex is an online media agency that specializes in lead generation through display advertising (e-marketing / webshops / creating webpages etc.) For my thesis I did a research for this company about the influences that (digital) communication can have in the use of webshops and increasing conversion.
