• Leading a unit of 8 people, planning and executing over 55 projects, managing a budget of over $100 million, in collaboration with over 45 local municipalities and various government offices. • Analyzing data and considering socio-geographical factors to prioritize projects and secure funding. • Increased on time project completion rate from 30% to 100%.

• Project manager of the national project to improve public transportation service in under-served municipalities. • Brought together national, municipal, civil and private sector partners to define goals for high quality public transport services in under-served municipalities. • Securing & managing the targeted budget to about $100 million, that increased the number of weekly rides from 35,000 to 60,000 according to project KPIs.

• Sponsored the successful city council proposal to convert certain streets to pedestrian zones. • Served on the Finance committee and Environmental committee. • Co-chair the Transportation and Environment Forum. • Worked with diverse interest groups to gain grassroots support for municipal projects on the following issues: Creating democratic and accessible urban public spaces; establishing a sustainable urban mobility system.

• Taught "Introduction to Sociology" and "Introduction to Social Sciences" to classes of 50+ students.
