The project objectives extended from the design of raw materials, formulation of gene delivery vectors to the pre-clinical evaluation. The project results are: • Developed polymeric transfecting agent • Formulated plasmid/ siRNA loaded nanoparticles • Generated stable high expression cell line with a green fluorescent protein • Improved transfection efficiency and gene silencing than marketed standards
