Shawn Beasley

As the community manager, I work closely with our contributors to ensure an open channel of communication, manage transparency for users of the software and drive the future development of the community as a whole.

I am responsible for the open source community in and around the OTRS project. These duties include, but are not limited to, organization of community events, the community platform, and representation of the open source community at events. We are happy that our software has made such an impact, and therefore are concerned about the community surrounding it as well.

I work in the sotware support department for ((otrs)). We are the source code maintainer for the opensource software OTRS. I primarily support our American customer, addtionally I am the support portion of our IIS, MSSQL, Windows Server integration task force.

I worked as a network design technician and maintained the network integrity. I was responsible for all network traffic in and out of the company. Additionally, we supported our local users and I acted as liason between LH Systems technical departments and our end users.
