I Implemented a self-troubleshooting service, that helps the customer to solve his issue instantly which save on average 2 weeks of communication. The service was done by Khoros, integrated with a log analyzer to get the suggested Knowledge base articles also enabling the customer to create cases from the portal by integrating with the SalesForce. Also worked on customer success automation project which was done using python-Flask, angular, automation anywhere and Mysql.

Implemented a front-end subsystem which consists of many functions like enrolling the movement of the passengers inside and outside the country, the subsystem communicates with other subsystems and external peripherals to be able to validate the passenger and enrols the movement. The peripherals include a passport scanner, machine for the fingerprints, camera, scanner and bar-code reader. Also Implemented frontend dynamic libraries using Angular to speed up the implementation of all the other projects.
