1. Worked at the Human Resources Department—SSC, min. 40 hours per week. 2. Assigned with relocation tasks. Successfully obtained work permits for 24 international employees. 3. Addressed international employees’ concerns related to working documents, provided follow-up correspondence to them on application status via phone and e-mail. 4. Kept the roster information of international employees updated. 5. Updated the manual for applying for work permits.

Built the Connection Between Hamburg Medical Suppliers and Wuhan Hospitals During COVID-19 1. Initiated the project, recruited 3 key team members, searched and contacted 2 potential partner institutions in Hamburg. 2. Designed and specified the concept, goal, and tasks of the project. 3. Researched the needs and requirements of medical equipment in Wuhan hospitals.

The Effect of Combining Bon Religion and Buddhism 1. Initiated the project, recruited and managed 5 team members. 2. Selected the topic, refined and specified the outline of the article according to the advice from professors and doctoral students. 3. Presented and wrote the reports and the final article. 4. The project received a prize of €1000.

During my study at Universität Hamburg, I have had a good opportunity to communicate with people from different countries, and appreciate the diversity of the religious and social cultures. I respect and understand these cultures, and can work in an international environment. Major Courses: German and English Language Courses, Intellectual Culture and History of Tibet. Received merit scholarships for international students (Apr 2020–Apr 2021, Oct 2021–Dec 2021).

During my study, I selected the courses related to culture, religion, and philosophy, which improved my logical thinking skills. Also, as I get older, I combined the things I learned in class with my life experience, which has helped me to look into society deeply. Major Courses: Buddhist studies, the Traditional Chinese Culture, Research Methods of Religion Studies, and History of Western Philosophy. Received average academic performance scholarships (2017&2018).

Southwest Minzu University has students from various cultural and religious backgrounds, it was the first time that I immersed myself within different cultures, I learned to respect and understand the way that people behave and think in different ways due to their corresponding cultural backgrounds. Major Courses: History and Philosophy of Tibetan Buddhism, A Cultural History of India. Received average academic performance scholarship (2014–2015), national scholarship (2013–2016)
