• Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety requirements. • Review employee safety programs and recommend improvements. Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies • Identify hazards in the workplace. • Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices for compliance with corporate and health and safety standards and regulations. • Prepare JHA, Risk Assessment and Method of statement.

• Support Business Clients • Maintain all IPKO’s communication channels (social networks and official company e-mail). • Provide support call agents with any various problems they face such as, software technicality and product knowledge.

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force • Prepare monthly consumption (material, fuel, manwork etc) report and daily progress report which will be helpful in finding the monthly turnover • Calculate the quantities required to cast the structural members as per the site plan and execute the same by the end of the. • planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
