FE Analysis of creasing and folding of packaging paper It involves simulation using Abaqus for creasing and folding mechanism for different packaging paper thickness. The simulated mechanism is quasi-static 3D. Force-displacement graph is calculated and validated with experimental results. Further 3D dynamic analysis will be carried out. Application of this package material is seen for example for milk-cartons.

FE Analysis of vitrified ceramic industrial pipe It consists of FE Analysis of 3D ceramic pipe with holes for different pipe diameter using Abaqus. Fracture probability, principle stress and sensitivity analysis is calculated with simulation and validated with experimental results. Further Optislang software is used to minimize the pipe volume and to come up with better pipe geometric solutions. Application of this piping system is seen in Socket-pipes, Jacking pipes etc.
