Managed supply chain reorganization, operating model efficiency, IP valuation and transfer pricing projects for multinational corporations across mutliple industries. Assessed clients’ business structures and identified opportunities to align effective operating models with business operational goals and existing corporate structures. Built and maintained client relationships and played a leadership role in the management of complex projects involving international offices and various service lines.

Led research on the Atlantic Futures Initiative, creating a trade database to visualize inter-Ocean Basin flows. Organized events and promoted initiative emphasizing the importance of the transatlantic relationship to the US government involving Senators, House members and Cabinet secretaries. Authored a chapter for the Transatlantic Economy report on tax inversion and US-EU investment relations.

In charge of market analysis and designing value proposition to effectively address needs of Universities. Co-authored business plan, funding reports and position papers on strategic outlook. Participated in outreach to Universities, leading to the implementation of Green Offices at nine European Universities.

Created a viable Business Plan for the implementation of a student-run University department, secured an annual operating budget of €420.000 and supervised the set-up. Coordinated and initiated sustainability projects at Maastricht University, conducted research and analysis to identify areas of improvement, managed projects, supervised staffing, budgeting and long-term strategic planning. Authored the Sustainability Vision 2030 and Sustainability Policy 2014 for the University.
