Payroll; Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries; Administer HR related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment, leavers' and pensions information; Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation; Assist in the recruitment process - ie. liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.

Managing the recruitment process; Planning and delivering the induction program for the new employees; Training (training plan, budgeting and managing the logistic of internal and outsourced trainings); Performance Appraisal (implementation and administration); Administration of personnel files; Supervising and ensuring conformity of payroll activity; Maintaining relationship with external HR services providers; Forecasting, budgeting and tracking HR-related expenses; Reporting for Partners.

Recruitment for specialized IT positions; Selection and screening the resumes; Interviewing candidates; Evaluating the candidates and presenting the short list to the hiring managers; Organizing the final interviews, presenting and negotiating the offer; Creating the jobs' description and updating them whenever it is necessary; Organizing and participating to the job fairs.

Selection and recruitment of specialized personnel for TBS customers; Assessment of potential candidates' CVs and short-listing them for final interviews, according to each specific job requirement; Interviewing candidates for middle and top management positions; Provision of HR Consultancy services; Drafting the personnel selection and recruitment procedures, following consultation with the company's top management, and in compliance with the external customers needs.
