Led the design and development of the security dashboard at app.fix.security, resulting in satisfied user experience, ultimately led to its acquisition by a major company. Worked on the fixfrontend open-source repo where I took over the frontend, added key features, sped up development, and cleaned things up so the codebase would be easier to use for future contributors. I also set up a testing suite with Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library, which gave us solid coverage and cut down regression bugs.

I developed, refactored, and maintained the main mobile app, kept it stable and fast across platforms, which led to a 40% increase in downloads. I put proper testing practices in place and hooked pipelines into CI/CD. The result was a more reliable app and about a 25% drop in production and post-release issues. I worked closely with product and design teams, delivered features under tight deadlines, kept quality high, reduced delivery time, and made onboarding smoother.

I designed a scalable architecture pattern that was adopted across several projects, which reduced long-term maintenance. I worked on both frontend and backend systems, improving performance, security, and responsiveness. I set up testing routines with TDD, Jest, Cypress and added CI/CD workflows while working in an agile, cross-functional team. This made deployments more reliable and helped the team be more productive.

Responsible for the frontend on Sakku and PodSpace, using React and TypeScript. I set up the projects from scratch and carried them through to production launch. I also ran workshops and training sessions for the team on Git workflows and best practices. Part of my role was mentoring juniors and putting coding standards in place, which made the codebase easier to maintain over time. On top of that, I built and improved internal tools and workflows, which made development faster and helped cut down bugs.
