Supported organizational design and transformation projects for global and Fortune 500 clients, using OrgLab analytics to guide workforce strategy and operating model design. Work included preparing strategic client materials and presentations, conducting data-driven analysis to generate insights across industries, and working cross-functionally with client and McKinsey teams to align stakeholders, manage scope, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.

As part of NielsenIQ’s Customer Success team, conducted market research and consumer analysis on sales trends and KPIs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to FMCG and retail clients. Partnered with client executives in sales and marketing to identify opportunities across categories and regions, helping them optimize market positioning and drive revenue growth.

Managed client relationships, ensured regulatory compliance, and oversaw contracts, invoicing, and supplier coordination. Led end-to-end project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality. Prepared and managed budget proposals, applying cost estimation and resource planning to optimize outcomes.
