For 6 months I have been working on a personal project that incorporates all the technologies that I have studied. It is a web application built with Java 6 and designed with Spring MVC. Main technologies: UML, Java EE, JPA, Oracle 11g, PostGreSQL, Spring, Maven, Tomcat, Thymeleaf, HTML, CSS, XML, SVN.

- Processing the application forms concerning the Type approval requests; - Email interim between certification center in Paris and the Dutch customer; - Providing the customer with the final Type Approval Certificates.

Based on my vast real estate experience, in 2007 I obtained a development management position for the real estate branch of the biggest financial investment company of my region. As a development manager, I was in charge of several tasks: - Develop and implement strategies, according to the actual state of the market, - Develop a strong clients base, that brought new clients based on good recommendations, - Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

- Keep permanent contact with clients, prepare detailed presentations for or on their behalf, purchase agreements, representation contracts, closing statements, deeds and leases.
