    In my third station I joined a central project team responsible for the implementation of a global system that will cover all HR processes within one tool across 55 countries. I coordinated weekly calls for EMEA region that served as a main channel of communication of required steps to the countries and organized workshops that aimed to prepare employees in scope for the future changes. I also helped with a development of a training plan for end users for one of the processes in the new system.
