As Chief Technology Officer I am responsible for the company’s IT strategy and I ensure that the IT department delivers an excellent user experience while keeping a close eye on the costs. I identify opportunities for improvements and innovation and implement them as part of the IT strategy. I work with business stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that the IT strategy and the day-to-day services are aligned with business needs and anticipate changing needs and new opportunities.

I worked with Microsoft SharePoint and assisted customers at setting up SharePoint environments or developing SharePoint based applications for large organisations.

My main project was to provide Helsana with a new multichannel quotation system. The system was implemented for 4 brands and worked in 4 languages. Additionally it is available online for the customer, in an enhanced version on the intranet for the advisors and in an offline version for external consultants.

IT project portfolio in Investment and Private Banking of Zürcher Kantonalbank. This included coaching of project managers as well as executing quality measures such as reviews and audits and taking part in the annual planning and budgeting process.

Basoft was the IT service provider for the Swiss Raiffeisenbank Group. My main project was the delivery of a new Official bank profit and loss statement software. This project delivered software to create consolidated P&L statement of the Group by combining the data from all the 700 independent banks. This included offshore work in Slovakia.
