My strength lies in the combination of three power skills Firstly, as a graduate computer scientist, software developer, and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager I have a very good understanding of the language and mindset of IT people. I'm also very good at putting myself in the customer's shoes and therefore often act as an interface between the two worlds (IT and business). Secondly, it is my passion for managing projects, whereby I master all phases of the project life cycle. Here my preferred aspects are planning, problem analysis & resolution, and team leadership. And thirdly, my experience and success in building and leading people and teams. I believe that we can only deliver something that makes the customer happy if the team enjoys the work and understands why we do what we do.
