My current position as a senior HR specialist & principal HR controller is to secure data accuracy and functionality of administrative HR functions by providing precise reporting according to specific timelines in cooperation with the HR manager and the payroll expert. As a subject matter expert, act as a business partner for all supervisors and controllers of all Cologne/Remscheid entities to communicate and implement key corporate HR compensation and leadership review programs locally.
Ensure Lear’s global compensation programs maintain market competitiveness and serve to enhance both the recruitment and retention of high caliber talent. Collaborate with regional human resources counterparts in the planning and implementation of Lear’s compensation programs globally. Together with the central payroll and HRIS team assure approved compensation changes are implemented according to established deadlines.
Develop and communicate across the Europe & Africa regional group new standardized and streamlined HR processes to improve consistent data integrity and quality. Support the creation of the new HRIS team together with the HRIS manager to create a HR data and reporting strategy. In close collaboration with HR Shared Services, C&B and Leadership Development teams, manage and administer key corporate HR programs and updates.
Together with the HR Director Eastern Europe prepare country site assessments for proposed new Lear low-cost locations by conducting market research and analyzing HR indicators. Work closely with the local HR teams to ensure successful implementation of corporate HR programs, development of new HR metrics to improve recruitment tracking and control costs.
