-Performed and drove a successful business plan with an innovative business model that currently allows the spin off a merging and acquisition with a medium size company (value €2M) -Mapped the personalized healthcare regulatory environment, and proposed lobbying recommendations -Analyzed the potential of external strategic stakeholders -Managed direct relation with physicians, providers and patients to grasp the needs and opportunities

-Led a workshop to design new products, services (more than 150) with associated business models and communication channels, in a seven year research development plan -Drove a team of 5 highly skilled consultants from diverse horizons (finance, economy, public policy, engineering and design) -Interacted with the SNCF innovation direction where the road map is now used as a reference

-Led product development programs, launched new products and services, managed portfolio plans according to company strategy, interacted with internal and external stakeholders -Responsible for: highly skilled R&D team members (Mechatronics, physics and biology fields), technical orientations and product design (3 inventions, 1 patent in biotech field) -Allowed the company to stay beyond the competition with successful launch of innovative products and softwares

-Responsible for the thermal verification of Soyuz spacecraft satellites for Galileo project (the European GPS) -Designed thermal and mechanical meshing for the satellite module, did the calculation and analysis of all elements of the rocket, wrote validation documentation with recommendations and model description
