Mentored tech teams from different clients on JEE software architecture & development under WebLogic, as well as app containers & software dev best practices. Performance-tuned Wells Fargo Internet Banking application that is utilized by over five million customers. Identified and resolved both architecture & software issues with DHL’s package tracking software. Response times went from over 10 minutes to under 13 seconds. Put together custom installation & troubleshooting guides for customer systems.
