Contract assignment to spearhead the company’s international and national sales networks, including managing manufacturers, distributors and sales representatives. Sought new business opportunities and developed marketing alliances and joint ventures. Secured endorsements for multiple products from major product users.

$45M wholesale supplier of HVAC product lines and OEM sheet metal product producer. Established 3-year business plans, yearly forecasts, and pricing deals with emphasis on expanding business opportunities and achieving 15% annual growth. Managed a staff of 28.

Production Superintendent and Senior Manufacturing Engineer, AHSC/Baxter - led facility consolidation project and an engineering /manufacturing team that increased production volume 78% and plant efficiency 25%. Plant & Equipment Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Management Development, Navistar International Corporation - Project management of $7.5 million budget for $45 million capital equipment installation, completed 10% under budget.
