Operate cash register, collect payments, perform credit card transactions, assisted in selling nail care products and make change for cash transactions. Assist manager with store inventory stocking, opening/closing procedures and sanitizing preparations for tools and equipments. Handling a variety of customer service such as greeting, selling gift certificate, scheduling individuals or booking large group appointments and answering phone calls. Performed nail care services.

Developed and facilitated boys and girls psycho-educational groups for each appropriate age group. Collected surveys on students’ attitudes and perceived effectiveness of group.Presented classroom presentations on ‘Transition from Middle School to High School’ and arranged school guest speakers for the 8th grade students. Provided aid in student intervention, remediation, crisis intervention, student services activities and Greenfield’s Theatre club.

Managed and conducted a case load of individual counseling sessions with students based on their academics, career developmental needs and social/personal concerns. Assisted with developing student services monthly bulletin, prepping students’ college room, setting up college visits, attended staff meetings, wrote 504 plans and scheduling through the usage of Pinnacle.

Observed and participated in psycho-educational group sessions by providing feedback and demonstrating counseling skills. Assembled and facilitated group lessons under the guidance of the supervisor. Attended the Allegheny County Jail group sessions and the Courthouse to observe clients' initial assessment and recruitment.
