As MIS Officer in HR Deptt. my duties included maintaing MIS of whole region, dealing of staff matters, preparation of statments relating to HR Deptt. Before my induction, there was no position as MIS Officer in HR Deptt. I developed a software for HR which is still being used by the deptt. Due to this, HR deptt was streamlined and was done more efficiently then before and employees in HR deptt were reduced from 5 to 3. For this, i was specially designated as MIS Officer / Programmer.
