Develop App prototypes in Android using Google Map, Route & Direction API and their IT infrastructures, maintain web stack, in addition to managing IT external partners.

Provide coordination between 24 Shopping (client) and OTTO GmbH & Co KG-Germany (IT solutions provider) in the development and modification of AMOS system to cover business growth in e-Commerce area under Omni Channel Retailing. The tasks include functioning as an English-Thai translator and IT knowledge support during daily meetings.

Projects involved: • Mobile and Web Messaging System, Watana Phanit Printing & Publishing Co., Ltd., March - December 2013. • Secure Mobile Messaging System, Office of the Prime Minister, March 2014 – 2015.

Assist senior Consultants, Engineers, and System Architects in various teamwork-oriented projects in Client Engagement, Planning, Design, and Implementation phases and assist in documentation. The projects include Network Solutions, System Solutions (Microsoft), etc.

Support customers on various troubleshooting cases. The tasks include being on sites troubleshooting large to small computer network environments in routing or switching and other related technical problems, upgrading existing systems firmware, assessing and inventorying existing network infrastructure and systems; and to document reports according to each case and present the findings and solutions to the clients.

Assist the professor in setting up LAB systems/servers for testing and research purposes, and provide documentation and report.

Assist senior network engineers to maintain and assess existing network infrastructure within the organizations. Monitor network systems and provide documentation.
