• Lead and drive A&D channel to win in the market: expand geographically, expand relationships with assigned and potential partners. • Channel development: build A&D channel workplan, create channel initiatives & proposals that deliver business solution. • Channel management: deliver business objectives in A&D channel, incl. distributor selection, pitching and negotiation, rollout, KPI achievements (productivity: volume, coverage, distribution, visibility, profitability).

• Manage top 2 out of top 5 strategic national key account in Indonesia. • Key Account management: lead a joint strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets.

• Manage 2 out of top 10 national key account in Indonesia. • Responsible for account planning, trading terms, budget usage and rebate payments.

• Develop commercial partnerships and solid business relationships with trade partners. • Manage field sales team and ensure sales targets achievement.

• Supervise daily activities of the field sales team. • Implement weekly territory plans and ensure achievement of sales targets in respective territory.
