• Team of 30 Sales executive with 3 Area managers handling 1300 channel partners driving revenue of $2.6Mn per month with a growth of 10% MoM . • Currently catering 2.5 Lakh users with 40% active users on monthly basis, increase in 12% MoM in customers with a churn of 4%. • Daily firefighting with Operations, Customer support, Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth processes in the system. • Planning and presenting reports on Channel partner progress, targets and daily/weekly initiatives.

• Revenue Growth–Working closely with zonal business teams to plan and achieve month on month targets • Hunting–Managing pan India funnel to ensure a healthy pipeline of new channel partners • Farming–Once a Channel partner' growth and month on month increase in leads per listing is planned • Central Strategy and Planning –Driving other central projects to improve our operational efficiencies. Drafting monthly business health reports for management laying out the strategy/goals for next month
