Launching our promotions in these markets and preparing staff to responsibly and professionally run campaigns, manage administration as much as keeping our clients happy and enter new business relations in order to optimize these campaigns in the new countries. Currently in charge of database marketing of our established on- and offline projects in various countries worldwide. Consultations and open negotiations for CPL, CPC, CPM (TKP) and CPO campaigns. Representative on fairs and exhibitions.

Secretarial tasks, such as attending clients, drawing up legal documents, filing legal paperwork and liaising between parties. Due to the high amount of non-Spanish clients, one of the main tasks has also been translating conventional correspondence and legal documents, both verbally and in writing, and assisting clients with language barriers in normal as well as in emergency situations.

Conducting telephone interviews within the UK, Germany, Spain, USA and Australia focused on the gathering of qualitative and quantitative opinions to be used for Market research purposes. Promotion to Quality Supervisor in the US, German and UK team within the London (UK) Call Centre.
