Global Process and Solutions Manager assigned to the group Executive board. Accountable for developing, documenting and implementing processes regarding operational and controlling workflows, thus allowing to restructure and re-frame the organization towards set goals defined by the owner of the group of companies. Working closely with the groups managing Directors to define and develop system enhancements and standardization on a global scale.

In charge of implementing new worldwide processes regarding the usage of the order processing system ABS. Working closely with IT department to optimize and streamline the system for airfreight use. Translating and updating worldwide used documents issued through the system. Organizing new hardware to have a global standard. Writing the new ABS manual for Airfreight including unified processes. Coordinating country specific requirements to be included into the system.

Responsible for restructuring operational set up of the airfreight exports department. Reorganizing responsibilities of the export teams together with customer service and sales. Implementing order processing system ABS at the Frankfurt Branch and consequently training staff. Coordinating Export shipments. Assisting clients with cost estimations and support with customs related matters. Scheduling trucks for collection of goods and documents. Negotiating rates with service providers

ISO training of staff, controlling and updating of work processes, writing, constructing and implementing new processes. Perform Supplier Audits. Conduct training on Order Processing System. Managing of File Audit Reports and compiling data for management statistics. Handling and administrating claim and insurance matters and processes. Translating documents and company letters (English/German/Afrikaans) Implementing GPM, training of staff members. Putting CRM into service and educating sales staff.

Responsible for coordination of Airfreight shipments into South Africa. Framing Customs entries and dealing with customs matters. Assisting clients with cost estimations, support to determine Harmonized Tariff Codes for commodities. Training and assisting staff in ABS matters and revising ISO Airfreight Procedures. Negotiating rates with service providers. Assisting with Airfreight Export operations, booking cargo, arranging collection and delivery of same to the airline.

In charge of load planning, flight schedules and capacity evaluations of flight routes. Packing ULDs and Pallets for aircrafts. Customer Service and client relations.
