- Consultant for Systems analysis, architecture, implementation, performance, enhancement and technologies. - Reviewing Applications' scope and their functionality and assure achieving their business needs. - Document and review Systems/Solutions Documentation to put the in standard and obvious manner to achieve customer and user satisfaction. - RDBMS' tuning and design consulting.

Administer Billing Systems and perform daily operations and reconciliations to assure data consistency, generating reports, developing internal application for billing to resolve all MIS related complaints and requests in accurately and timely manner.

Provide Technical Support for Billing Applications, data and reports, and participate in the preparation of projects and services as well as prepare daily statistics and CS alarms, and contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction
