• Identify and create business opportunities for DSM’s analytical services in Polymer and Pharma industry • Achieved a preferred supplier status at a leading Pharma company in Belgium • Developed joint services of innovative diagnostics and extensive analytics with a BioTech company (CellMade)

• Development of intumescent fire protecting products based on polyurethane foam including feasibility phase, development and scale up • Achieved 3 product launches in Europe and North America • Leading a team of 4 people
