Worked with Business Executive branch to conduct industry integration (business development) for government client. Responsible for managing oversight of employees and day-to-day operations at client environment. Utilized Value Added Metrics (VAM) to develop new support systems, operations process/procedures, and evaluate information and technologies. Formulated and integrated processes to create greater business value and increased ROI of resources and personnel.

Assisted the Director of Finance in managing $14 million in discretionary spending in 10 funding areas. Returned a savings of $4 million to the White House through effective resource management and procurement strategy. Assisted in tracking of costs and purchases to support the Commission through financial software provided by Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Researched and provided recommendations on technologies and information security.

Provided project management and engineering support to SES executive. Compiled and analyzed complex contract, program, financial data using various database programs, and prepared monthly status reports based on the results. Supported R&D efforts (with technical knowledge, experience, and research) into a multi use vehicle and communication system with NBC detection systems built in.

Supervised and trained office staff of 12 in relational database processing. Implemented project management processes and procedures to quickly assess requirements, allocation of resources, and identified critical issues within a multi-program and multi-department environment. The result of this process developed a more streamlined and efficient process allowing both the Department of the Navy and Marine Corps to increase the case load with increased turn-around.

Managed and oversaw a complex construction effort of approximately a $1 million business. Remodeled 25 residential homes, built 12 specialty residential homes of 2500 sqft or larger and independent contracted with a contractor on a commercial plant of 150,000 sqft facility doubling their capacity for the city. Experienced in optimizing and growing existing product lines. Responsible for the phasing strategy, staffing strategy, and quantification of business benefit.
