Responsible for group strategy and performance, delivering growth and profitability across all global Oliver James Group businesses.

I am currently leading the development and management of business units covering Actuarial, Finance, Change Management, Technology, Data & Analytics, Digital, Marketing, Audit, Risk & Compliance, Procurement and Supply Chain across all Oliver James Associates European operations. As a main board member, I am also involved in the strategic growth and direction of all group entities and departments.

In charge of the growth and management of a team resourcing contract & interim Actuarial, Finance, Project/Change Management, Technology, Audit, Risk and Compliance professionals to the Asset/Investment Management, Hedge Fund, Investment Banking, Private Banking and Insurance sectors in the UK and Europe. In addition, am also responsible for the growth, development and management of the permanent Project/Change Management and Technology desks in the above industry sectors.

Responsible for growing and managing a team resourcing contract & interim Actuarial, Finance, Project/Change Management, Audit, Risk and Compliance professionals to the Asset/Investment Management and Insurance sectors. In addition, am also responsible for the continued growth, development and management of the permanent Project/Change Management desk in the above industry sectors.

Lead consultant, responsible for resourcing actuarial professionals to the Life sector in the UK & Ireland on a contract and permanent basis. Also involved in the recruitment, training and development of consultants on the Life desk.

Initially responsible for resourcing risk professionals, a new area of the business to the insurance sector. Trained a new consultant in this area and moved desk to develop the Life Actuarial offering for the business.
