Commercial responsible for ESIM Chemicals Exclusive Synthesis business of app. EUR 100mln. turnover. In charge of budgeting, development of business plans, sales and marketing strategy. Responsible for new business development, with strong focus on acquisition and implementation for new projects. Leading and developing of a pro-active collaborative team working on new market strategies to deliver business growth. Maintaining and strengthening strategic customer partnerships and ensure reliability and trust.

Commercial responsible for ESIM Chemicals Exclusive Synthesis business of approx. EUR 100 mln. turnover. In charge of budgeting, development of business plans, sales and marketing strategy and custom manufacturing projects in cooperation with ESIM's NBD department. Development and steering of global account, product, market and sales strategies for the ES portfolio. Maintaining and strengthening strategic customer partnerships and ensure reliability and trust to the customers for products and services.

Business responsible for strategic multinational key customers, accounting for >50% of ESIMs Excusive Synthesis turnover. Continuous identification of growth potentials and new business opportunities with strategic pertners to strenghten the portfolio and ESIM Chemical's market position. Development and strenghtening of long term-customer relationships with key accounts. Preparation of key account plans, active prospecting and pipeline management.

Sales and planning responsibilities for international accounts with a sales volume of approx. EUR 20 mln. Managing sales pipeline, contract negotiation and closing business. Preparation of market analysis and business intelligence. Partnership management and work on strengthening strategic customer relationships.

Technological responsibility for production plants, plant & process management, process optimization, performance monitoring, reporting, operational excellence, continuous improvement program, license to operate. Interdisciplinary cooperation with production, technics, quality, marketing& sales and authorities.
