    Reported directly to the Board of Directors, as of April 2017 to the Head of Logistics. Responsible for logistics activities on all levels with special attention to planning and cost efficiency. Led to over 50% cost reduction of intracompany shipments. Implemented standardized e-commerce shipping boxes for EU and the USA markets. Renegotiated contract conditions with logistics operator in Hong Kong and conducted a research for an alternative logistics operator in the USA market.

Managed their export activities to the USA, Asia, Australia. Designed and executed import/export projects for oversize/heavy cargo all over the world.

Developed targets and bonus systems for sales team that reached 25 FTEs in its structure including: indoor sales, field sales, key account management and trade lane management. Those solutions were then copied at international level, across Eastern Europe.

    Oversaw the airfreight product for business development as well as daily operations. Recruited and led an efficient team of specialists able to handle very demanding customers. In collaboration with Aviation Spare Parts HQ, developed a complete airfreight product for aviation customers, including door-door deliveries for standard, oversize and DGR shipments realised under routine, critical or AOG procedures, completed by professional customs brokerage services.

    Created the air export department from ground up. Successfully implemented and maintained a major key customer - Lucent Technologies, served with customs brokerage and air export services. Gained extensive experience in handling charters for automotive industry sector. Established and kick-started a new customs broker office in Bydgoszcz, by office space search and rental, purchasing of office furniture and computer equipment, recruitment of the local staff (3 FTE).
