• Developed a mechanism reducing workload by 10% by identifying non-importable items. • Launched an automated real-time shipment tracking tool using SQL and Power BI, collaborating with logistics, compliance, and vendor management teams. • Launched an automated savings and outputs dashboard for Direct Import products using SQL and Power BI, enabling users to track performance and profitability and make data-driven decisions. • Supported vendor pitch meetings and negotiations.

• Contributed to service management analytics processes across 40+ countries for the BSH Group, utilizing SAP BI, Tableau, and Excel.

• Supported e-commerce operations to drive growth at a fast-scaling sustainable fashion start-up. • Led customer segmentation initiatives and executed targeted paid media campaigns based on behavioral data and insights. • Evaluated email and performance marketing campaigns, and optimized outcomes through A/B testing. • Conducted market research to support new ventures and expansion into new markets.
