• Writing and implementing new policies and directives as well as adapting existing ones • Training of new and existing staff members on various compliance issues such as data protection, money laundering, economic sanctions • Security Officer, responsible for the physical security and integrity of both the premises and the Swisscard staff

• Establishment of business relationships with American Express and Credit Suisse • Discussing local market’s issues along internal parties and American Express UK and actively supporting their resolution • Lead / assistance in improving accounting processes

• Handling of import and export letters of credits • Providing customer assistance (personally and over the phone)
