The client, a major furniture production company in Poland had a huge amount of orders to process and needed to expand their business. As such, they prepared a production and expansion plan that was faulty and required reengineering. Conceptualized and designed the manufacturing facilities layouts based on requirements. System simulation, time estimations and calculations were performed to optimize the process.
