This position is an expert role which drives BPM globally, establish company process landscape and process ownership based on E2E processes and supports the compliance of company Management System with ISO norms. Leading cross functional process design and improvements workshops, acting as interfaces between IT and Business for the purpose of automatization and administrator for SAP Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration HUB (incl. process modelling with BPMN 2.0), also belong to my important tasks.

I coordinated feedstock supply for both European plants based on the global production plan, while developing logistical strategies to resolve bottlenecks in contingency planning for material shortages. Using BPMN 2.0, I also created the documentation for the supply chain business processes and identified process improvement opportunities, driving their implementation locally and internationally by regularly reviewing procedures and instructions.

At this world-leading supplier of premium alumina, I advised on import/export related legislation in Europe, ensuring compliance with rules surrounding free trade agreements or doing business with embargo countries. I ensured application of external regulations through training and process definition and documentation using BPMN 2.0.

At this leading firm for plastic and metal closures, I acted as a key liaison between customers and fundamental company departments including European production plants and Logistics and Sales, feeding into order management, logistics workflow and material requirement planning (Kanban Method) for key customers. As part of the latter function I undertook an Oracle implementation (Material Management Module) in 2006.
