 Demonstrate Four Points standard operating procedures in all interactions  Remain observant and respond to each guest at all times.  Provide prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverage service.  Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.  Perform all assigned duties promptly, and correctly.

 Welcome and greet guests and make them feel comfortable.  Take beverage orders from guests, enter orders in order/sale system which relay orders to the kitchen and bar.  Deliver beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.  Monitor and observe the dining experience of guests. Ensure that they are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

 Providing a warm welcome reception to customers.  Receive food, drink orders and serve customers requests to the standards required.  Building healthy and strong relationships with customers.  Ensure timely delivery of all food and beverage items to customers.  Understand menu contents and keeping up to date with any menu changes.  Answer customer queries in a polite and helpful manner.

 Ensuring quality of food and beverage service and sales.  Flexible in carrying out tasks.  Ensuring guests satisfaction.  Ensuring that the opening stock is matching with the closing stock of the previous day.  Ensuring that the service of beverages is served according to their required temperature.
