Responsible for adequate classification of clients within booking center Switzerland in compliance with applicable regulatory protocols (e.g., MiFID, CISA etc.)

Assist the business units in HSBC GPB to meet its responsibilities in complying with relevant compliance and anti-money laundering legislation, regulations, policy and procedures by providing technical advice, training and guidance with respect to core global Markets, and in particularly the Central and Eastern European (CEE) Market.

Conducted initial review and analysis of claims by cross checking data provided by the claimants, researched and complied historical data and prepared consolidated claim files for legal review by staff attorneys. Contact person for clients and institutions, including attending meetings with claimants and simultaneously translating in English, German, Russian, Spanish and Bulgarian. Project management support for different class settlements, denial decisions and special awards.

Responsible for execution and analysis of Customer Satisfaction Survey and presenting its results to the senior management. Organisation of events and support in design of marketing materials. Customer assistance in daily business, incl. handling complaints.
