Service Designer and UX Designer with a strong focus on social innovation, digitalization, and citizen participation. As a consultant and service designer, I work with clients from the public and private sectors to create projects with social impact. Digital or analog, both are important when creating the full user experience. Solving challenges in interdisciplinary and diverse teams triggers the best in me. Supported the monitoring and evaluation team on the development of a Theory of change to measure the impact of digital projects.
