The program "Studium und Spitzensport" was founded to help elite professional athletes at Humboldt-University to coordinate both their athletic and academic career. The program is part of bologna.lab, a HU-initiative, aiming to increase flexibility of studying at HU. The program runs in cooperation with Allgemeiner Deutscher Hochschulsportverband (adh) and OSP Berlin and is supervised by Andy Borchert.

Research mainly on CSR related issues.

Teaching German and English for students of all classes. Analyzing strengths and weaknesses with online diagnosis tool. Monitoring student's performances and progress. Teaching using online or e-learning tools such as Olark, WizQ or Skype only.

Teaching Assistant at Germanics Department University of Washington (USA) to be fully responsible for language courses German 101, 102, 103 and 122 using the Communicative Approach. Supervised by Prof. Klaus Brandl.

Athletic coach for youth national team Ice Speedskating. Re-designing warm-up and cool-down sessions for all training sessions. Being fully responsible for psychology training sessions. Creating and implementing theory tests for final (practical) competition for the first time in DESG history. Giving lectures on recovery in professional sports.

Being fully responsible for providing Humboldt-University staff with sports courses on preventing back pain. Writing training schedules and executing training sessions. On behalf of "PausenExpress"

Teaching Internship

Member of OC for Final World Cup Ice Speedskating on behalf of DESG (German Ice Speedskating Union) and ISU (International Skating Union). Making and administering the event's Facebook presence. German and English. Being fully responsible for all digital content on event's video screens. In cooperation with all event's executives such as TV stations, International Skating Union, German Ice Speedskating Union, technical staff.

Distance Learning

Current grade: 1.2 (German grading system) The master thesis will present a model to enhance education of professional (youth) athletes in competitive sports in Germany that also helps to connect, spread and develop knowledge within an association.
