I was in charge of employer brand development and internal communications: the technical PR of company’s projects for the audience of potential employees, development of employee loyalty programs; recognition program development and work with internal SMM. The main directions: • Employer brand development (internal and external); • Team management; • Informing employees through internal SMM (6,000 users; 3,5 thousand unique users per day, no moderation of posts and comments, more 15 posts per day).

I leaded development of relations with IT-communities: organization of partner events, promotion of the company's technical brand at external technical conferences; tech PR and tech events organizations. Results: • changed the relations with external IT-communities; • organized more than 40 technical meetups and conference; • organized the first Mail.ru Group’s game development conference The Big Deal: 2000 registrations, 900 guests, 30 speakers from around the world.

I led the project of reorganizing the industry portal for HR professionals of the nuclear industry (4,000 users). Objectives: strengthening the internal employer brand, training and transfer of experience between HR specialists.

My tasks were: strengthening the internal employer's brand, increasing employee involvement. Achievements: • conducted the campaign to increase employee engagement. Results: it increased by 17%; • systematized internal communication channels; • creation and release of a quarterly print newspaper. Results: 14 issues; • organization and holding of more than 20 corporate events.

I oversaw the operational component of internal communications: wrote weekly mailings, organized corporate events and reorganized the structure of the internal portal.

My responsibility included building an internal communications system. Achievements: • launched and filled the intranet with content; • launched weekly newsletters and information boards for employees; • organized regular appeals of the first persons of the company to employees; • created and organized the release of a corporate print newspaper (monthly, 8 pages).
