Responsible for the recruitment process for Bulgaria, Lithuania, Belgium, Luxemburg, the Netherlands and Russia: • Creating sourcing strategy; working with on-site and remote managers; • Creating job posts, identifying suitable candidates, prescreening and interviewing, consulting throughout the interview process and at offer stage; • Extending offers and guiding candidates through next steps; • Leading presentations to new hires; • Participating in external events.
