Actively participated in the delivery of the projects -  Design (Solidworks 2010)and development of a portable plastic pipe cutter.  Design (Solidworks 2009 & 2011), development and testing of Energy Generation Modules.  Design and detail of low cost wind-mill masts/tripods.

Designed simple, robust, light weight and reliable patient interfaced solutions for loading of cartridges in the futuristic portable haemodialysis machine.

Spearheaded the design, development, testing and engineering bespoke gas analysers in collaboration with the company’s core scientific team. Operated as an experienced adviser on the manufacturing, exotic materials and other technical functions.

Actively managing the key manufacturing processes, its control and improve production related solutions and systems. Have responsibility for specifying, negotiating, purchasing and managing the out-sourced special purpose/process deliverables, like equipment, machines and plant.

Responsible for all the technical (engineering and process related) issues; develop, design, test and implement production processes. Have worked of energy evaluated proposals, forecasting, negotiations, quotations, site surveying, customer liaison, project related logistics and its management.

Implemented Electronic Document Control System (DDM) for a medical device company.

Design (SolidWorks and Solid Edge) and develop New Generation Plasma range of mainstream company solutions and systems for nanotechnology, semiconductors, superconductors, molecular bioscience and environmental monitoring. Mainly worked on the design and development of Shower Heads and Auto Matching Units for the range of products.

Design (Autocad) and develop solutions and systems for pharmaceutical and medical industry. Actively participated in the process and project related design and development issues for powder handling and dispensing.

Design (Solid Edge) and develop successful solutions and systems for Robotics and Automation department of the institute.

Designed (SolidWorks) bespoke isolators and environment control systems for shielding from cyto-toxic materials and other hazardous substances; components and purpose finished fabrications were procured from suppliers and subcontractors. Assembled, tested, validated, shipped and installed. These systems operate in a controlled or clean-room environment and offers protection against hazardous chemicals.
