My role is to look after the Team and Open Source LAMP Projects in the company. With expertise in Ecommerce that includes Magento, Wordpress, Joomla, Joomla+Virtuemart, Wordpress based Ecommerce, Zen Cart, Open Cart, Bigcommerce, Shopify my role is to help client grow their business with Consulting. Mentor development team and help business development team acquire more new business is also part of my KRA.

My role was to look after the companies Web Design and Development unit where my responsibility includes client interaction and project management. My responsibility also included looking after the design and development of the eCommerce portals which company was developing. My role also included setting up an Outsourcing unit for the company so as to start on offshore outsourced projects.

This was an entrepreneur sting in my career, Started this company from scratch. My role in the company started from building a layout for company structure, building processes, recruiting a team, getting projects for the company, interacting with client and getting new client base. Was responsible for the end to end delivery of the project. Team recruitment, team mentoring was part of the over all process.

Worked as open-source developer where my responsibilities included client interaction and project development.
