My task in Royalty department was to examine Russian and Ukrainian (TopHit and RadioMonitor) radio rotations for phonograms that belong to Sony Music catalogue. For the Legal department my task was to conduct a structural step-by-step Form for the Notary in order to officially trace phonograms that are illegally located in RU Web.

Perfect World is one of the leading On-Line gaming publisher company. In november 2013 the company had launched a MMORPG game: D&D Neverwinter on-line; on the Russian market. I was assigned to take over the customer support and billing support during the Closed Beta Testing and Open Beta Testing. My responsibilities included communication with users, solving problem request that they have encountered: registration, billing, game play, technical and general inquiries.
