I manage a team of around 10 software engineers spread in different locations (mostly Germany, Spain and Italy) in charge of developing and maintaining two applications of the new e-commerce platform: • A React web isomorphic application with server-side rendering (SSR) that consumes a GraphQL API • A React Native app for iOS and Android that also consumes the same GraphQL API I have two main areas of responsibilities: management of people and technical guidance.

The most important achievements had been: • Architect and developer of the React e-commerce, an isomorphic application leveraging the server-side rendering • Architect and developer of the React Native app for iOS and Android, also implementing and managing the whole CI and release-to-production process • Coach the junior engineers and the new joiners • Be a key figure in the communication between the software and the UI/UX department • Supervise the code produced across teams

While completing my engineering studies, I had the great opportunity to collaborate with the engineering studio of my family and take care of the software development. I was developing relatively small web applications to fulfil specific needs of the clients (e.g. application to generate invoices) or scripts and standalone applications able to automate certain processes (e.g. script to parse data from PDFs or crawl data from the web)
