Consultations of Atomstroyexport LLC management regarding the financial and commercial aspect of the bid, elaboration of supply chain model in close cooperation with Czech partners, negotiations with subcontractors, negotiations with potential customer – ČEZ during consultancy meetings.

General management, preparation of financial forecasts (Balance Sheet, Profit&Loss, cash flow), debt restructuring at the amount of 40 mio EUR (Luxembourg bank), negotiations regarding financing in City Bank, export financing, analysis of company financial performance, elaboration of dividends policy

Control of Company financial activities and investment projects , preparation of budgets and forecasts, control over cash flow and expenses, implementation of tax planning and accuracy of tax computation, negotiations with key distributors in Moscow and regions on pricing, responsible for Akzo Nobel subsidiaries in Russia – Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Nizny Novgorod, consolidation of accounts.

Preparation of reporting (for group purposes and internal activity reports), communication with external and internal auditors, tax inspection, preparation of annual budgets, control of overheads, preparation of management accounting reports – costing, Cost of Sales, variances analysis,establishment of EFES Group subsidiaries.

Audit in accordance with International and Russian Standards of Audit, In - charge for audit projects, staff training, transformation of accounts from RAS to IFRS, US GAAP, preparation of financial statements in accordance with interantional reporting standards.
